Delivery availability and setup are confirmed for your address. We’ll include agreed charges and terms in your quote.
Delivery and setup
Delivery includes setup. Minimum $250; $100 per one-way driving hour from Chicago, rounded up to the next whole hour, up to 8 hours. We confirm the exact address and access by phone.
For fly-out jobs, the customer provides flights and hotel for Vincent and a helper if needed. Details are agreed by phone.
Disclose stairs, elevators, doorway clearance, parking and other access concerns when ordering.
Your build and payment
Suede only. Mattresses and stepped platforms are not currently offered.
For custom dimensions, send room photos. Measurements are confirmed by phone. Review your itemized design, dimensions, materials, delivery and final price before accepting and paying in full. No financing.
Complete bed installed: frame, headboard, sides, footboard and mattress frame. Mattress not included.
Production timing
Estimated 3 weeks, up to 4 weeks depending on project size. Confirm your start and delivery dates with Vincent.
Changes and cancellations
Design changes: 3 days. Cancellations: 3 days. Confirm when these windows begin and the applicable refund terms with Vincent before payment.
Corrections needed because measurements were communicated incorrectly: $300. Corrections are reviewed with you; this fee is not added automatically.
Warranty
6 months for construction defects. Customer-caused damage or misuse is not covered. Discuss the issue with Vincent for review.
Tax
Tax treatment remains pending confirmation. No assumption that tax is zero or not applicable is made. Live online payment collection remains disabled.
