Your information
Privacy
We use the details you share to review, confirm and manage your bed order or inquiry.
What you share
Order forms collect your name, phone, email, delivery address, access notes, bed selections and any notes you include. Room photos are required for custom dimensions and help the shop review the room and fit.
We save order prices and terms, staff updates and confirmed manual-payment records such as method, amount, date and reference. The V1 website does not collect card or bank-login details.
Accounts and private links
You can submit an order as a guest. Optional Google or Facebook sign-in, where available, shares account identity details such as name, email and profile image. Keep your private order link safe: someone with the complete link can view that order.
How the information is used
Authorized staff use these details and room photos to review measurements, contact you, plan delivery, manage your order and verify payments. The site uses hosting, database/storage and transactional email services to carry out those tasks. Owner-only notes and private photo access require staff sign-in.
The browser can save bed selections to help you resume a build. The order form does not save your delivery address in that browser draft. Staging access and account sign-in use separate session cookies.
Questions or corrections
Contact the shop about information you shared, a correction or a removal request. Ask us about any privacy or retention details you need confirmed; no fixed retention period is promised here.
