IN THEIRwords

To whoever going to read this, I’m not even going to lie I’ve been wanting this upholstered bed for months . Like I would look at pictures and videos on TikTok and save them and tell myself “one day.” And I finally got it. It’s handmade in Chicago upholstery of Chicago by Vincent, which makes it feel even more special because it’s not just something mass-produced. Someone actually built this. When it got delivered and set up, I just stood there staring at it. The fabric is so soft, the headboard is thick and detailed, and it feels heavy and solid. No shaking, no cheap feeling. You can tell it’s real quality. It honestly changed my whole room. It looks warmer, more put together, and grown. It gives that cozy luxury vibe without trying too hard. I feel proud every time I walk in my room now. Definitely worth the wait. Sometimes you really have to be patient for the things you really want. I wish I could upload a pic of my bed but I don’t see the option. And the good thing is he delivers by himself. VINCENT YOU THE GOAT. Really recommend

This bed was everything I needed and more! The quality is excellent—very sturdy, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Setup was simple, and once it was in my room, it completely transformed the space. I’ve been sleeping so much better since I got it. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase—it’s stylish, supportive, and worth every penny. Highly recommend to anyone looking for both comfort and durability. Delivery was next day😉

An absolutely phenomenal experience. Very prompt and professional. Less than a one week turn around from the time I initially inquired about the bed. The craftsmanship is impeccable and I would 1000% recommended. I plan on having some other furniture reupholstered soon by this company. 10/10!!!

First, I want to say I love my bed, I was going to go with a company, but he assured his bed would be a lot sturdier and it is. My bed is amazing. He was professional listened to my instructions and my bed fit in my room perfectly UPDATE (4 months later): Unfortunately, my experience changed completely. Less than a month after purchase, the bed began falling apart exposed staples throughout, fabric ripping, and the cushion coming out (see photos). I contacted the owner multiple times and was promised repairs, but weeks passed with delays and no follow-through. At one point, I was even told I would need to pay an additional $150 to replace a bed that was already defective. Communication eventually stopped altogether, and the issue was never resolved. Based on the poor workmanship and lack of accountability, I can no longer recommend this company. Final Update: After my last update, he has been amazing with communication. I believe the issue came from him being overwhelmed at the time, but he absolutely made it right. EVERYTHING has been corrected and I'm back in love with my bed. I truly appreciate him standing behind his work and following through!!!
