Order terms
We confirm your itemized design, measurements, materials, delivery, tax and final price with you by phone before full payment.
Approval and payment
The website currently accepts quote requests only. Sending a request does not create an order or collect money. Sales and payments are on hold; do not send payment. The shop will review your build and quote with you.
Historical orders keep their saved payment terms.
Your room and build
Custom dimensions require room photos. Measurements are confirmed by phone. Disclose stairs, elevators, doorways, parking and other delivery-access concerns, or answer “None”.
Complete bed installed: frame, headboard, sides, footboard and mattress frame. Mattress not included.
Suede only. Mattresses and stepped platforms are not currently offered.
Estimated build and delivery: 3–4 weeks depending on project size. Confirm the schedule by phone.
Delivery includes setup: minimum $250, or $100 per rounded-up one-way driving hour from Chicago, up to 8 driving hours. The exact origin, address and access need confirmation. Over the driving limit, call for details.
For fly-out jobs, the customer provides flights and hotel for Vincent and a helper if needed. Details are agreed by phone.
Measurement corrections due to miscommunicated measurements: $300, reviewed by staff with you; not an automatic checkout fee.
Construction warranty: 6 months. Customer-caused damage or misuse is not covered. Discuss the issue with Vincent for review.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Design changes: 3 days. Cancellations: 3 days.
Ask us — we’ll confirm by phone when each period starts before you pay.
Ask us — refund amounts, any deductions, repayment method and timing still need confirmation by phone before payment.
Tax, any unresolved dimensions and storage-pattern prices must be confirmed before payment. A pending price or tax amount is not zero.
